Heat machine up to at least 300
Degrees. |

Put die on part to be stamped
and position under the center of the hot stamp head. |

Cycle the machine to make sure
the hot stamp head comes in contact with the die.
Note: When using rubber dies make sure you set the depth stop so
you do not over compress the die. Over compressing the die
may damage it! |

Cut a piece if the heat tape
the size of your die. |

|
Separate the heat tape from the
paper backing. |
| 6. |
|
Place the heat tape over the
die. Make sure there are no wrinkles. |
| 7. |
|
Put the machine in the
"Set Up" mode. |
| 8. |
|
Cycle the machine head down and
count to 20. Then turn the "Set Up" off to let
the head return. |
| 9. |
|
Let the die heat for a count of
20 then cycle the machine normally. |
| 10. |
|
Begin production. |
