Notes:
- Hot Stamping Machines ship class 85. Calculate by size and weight
- Skid should be at least 6 inches per side larger than the machine.
- If the machine is heavy to one side a label "Lift from this side"
should be put on the frame.
- Ship to labels should be put on all four sides of the frame.
- Packing slip should on one side of the machine.
