| Have your Hot Stamping Machine Rebuilt |
Here is how it works:

| 1. | Email us pictures of the machine
to be rebuilt.
Four pictures, one of each side of the machine.
Please make sure that the complete machine is shown in each picture. |
| 2. | We
will discuss with you what items you want and what items are necessary
to make the rebuilt machine do what you require.
The following items need to be discussed and decided in order to
produce a quote: |

Prepare you machine for shipping to us.

We will send you an Invoice for the down payment: |

| 1. | Company check mailed to
AFM. |
| 2. | PayPal.
Contact
us for PayPal information. |
| 3. | Wire Transfer.
Contact us for wire transfer information. |

| 5. | Arrange to have
the machine picked up and delivered to AFM.

remove the machine from any truck.
Our receiving hours are 6:00 a.m.
(PST) to 3:30 p.m. (PST) Monday through Friday

| 6. | When we
receive the machine we will do an evaluation. If we run into anything
unexpected
we will contact you right away. If additional work is required
a quote will be prepared and
sent to you.

| 7. | Once we
have come to an agreement on the final rebuilt cost we will start the
rebuilt process.
At anytime during the process we can show you the
progress using FaceTime or Skype.

| 8. | Once we
have completed the machine we can do any of the following:
|
|
| 1. | You can come to AFM
to buyoff the machine and get training. |
| 2. | We can do either a
FaceTime or Skype buy off and training. |
| 3. | We can make a video
for buyoff and training. |
|
| 9. | Once the
buyoff and training are complete, we will send you the final invoice.
At
this time we will start the crating process for the machine. |
| 10. | When the
final payment is received we will send you the crate size and weight so you
can set up a pickup. |
