The Part Eject Function
controls the ejection of the printed part from the printing fixture.
The Part Ejection Function with the Ejection feature built into the
fixture allows the printed part to be ejected from the fixture.
This will increase the production because the operator will not have
to remove the printed part before loading the next part to be printed.
Part Ejection Function does following:
1. Operator pushes the palm buttons.
2. Hot Stamping Head moves to the print position.
3. Hot Stamping Head Stays Down for the Print Time.
4. Hot Stamping Head moves to the up position.
5. Ejector delays for the Ejector Delay Time.
6. Ejector Moves to the eject position. (Engages the ejector out
switch)
7. Ejector Moves to the ejector back position. (Engages the
ejector back switch)
The machine is ready to start the next cycle.
