Slide Table Control (Manuel)

The Slide Table Control (Manuel) Function
controls the operation of a Manuel slide table.
This is useful when the part to be printed and fixture are too tall to
be removed under the Hot Stamping head or the Hot Stamping head is so
large that the operator can not safety load and unload the part to be
printed without burning them self.
When the Foil is set to pull before print it does the following:
1. Operator loads the part to be printed onto the fixture. (The
fixture is on the slide table and the table is in the out position)
2. The Operator press both palm buttons at the same time
3. The Slide Table moves to the in position.
4. Hot Stamping head moves to the print position
5. The Hot Stamping head stays down for the Print Time
6. Hot Stamping head returns to the up position
7. The Slide Table moves to the out position
8. Operator removes printed part
Note: Operator must hold the palm buttons down until the Hot Stamping
Head gets into the print position. If the operator does not hold the buttons down the Hot Stamping Head will go back to the up
position and the slide will move to the out position. |
